I received a call Saturday morning (yes we work Saturday mornings just like most machine shops) for tech help on some Mitsubishi Carbide Products. Even though the customer has vending machines from another distributor they call Tool Systems on a regular basis for tech help. The main reason the customer mentioned is that "Tool Systems has the most technical product knowledge of Mitsubishi Carbide Products". The vending machine people just fill the machine and don't have product knowledge. I was happy to assist with the technical information so they could make parts over the weekend.
We have been selling and servicing Mitsubishi Carbide Products for over 21 years and have that many years worth of personal experience running the product, data and technical information.
A little history:
Tool Systems was the first distributor for Mitsubishi Carbide in this area, we started in 1989, that's 21 years ago. We are the longest and most technical Mitsubishi Carbide contact available.
