A customer contacted us with a high precision boring application. Required a hole size to be held in tenths and requested micro adjustment system. We selected a modular system from URMA / COMMAND TOOLING. This system can do the range required, adjust size in tenths and hold the tolerance demanded.
While selecting the individual items required we found out they offer a starter kit that has the items we need and several additional products for less money. Customer spent less and received more. Now that's the way to do it.
