Mitsubishi Carbide has a new general purpose insert upgrade available. The new "MP" chip breaker draws less pressure in the cut reducing heat and extending tool life. This new style insert is an upgrade from older MA, QM, PM, M3, MF3, MF5, PS style inserts with even better chip control.
Use this turning upgrade in all steels and irons.One great thing we see on this insert is while it shows a free flow like older CNMP style breakers, it has a stronger reinforced edge prep so it won't chip out.We have been selling & servicing Mitsubishi Carbide products since 1989 and like this new upgrade.Please contact Tool Systems. |
