my favorite green breakfast smoothie

I start every morning with a tasty, nutritious smoothie.  This replaces the oatmeal, eggs, or toast w/slice of american cheese that I used to eat.

My breakfast consists of:
5-7 stalks of kale
2 ribs of celery
1 green pepper
1 banana
1/2 large apple
1 apricot
2 shots of wheatgrass



I blend them all together and....



2 cups of instant deliciousness to alkalize and energize my body.
