iBizard does not tolerate the transmission of spam. We monitor all traffic to and from our Web servers for indications of spamming and maintain a spam abuse compliant center to register allegations of spam abuse. Customers suspected to be using Ibizard.com products and services for the purpose of sending spam will be permanently removed and blocked from our system. Our spam abuse compliant center can be reached by email at abuse@iBizard.com.
As a commercial emailer, iBizard.com is required to follow the CAN-SPAM law which went into effect January 1st, 2004. The law covers email whose primary purpose is advertising or promoting a commercial product or service, including content on a website.
What does the law require?
It bans false or misleading header information.
It prohibits deceptive subject lines.
It requires that your email give recipients an opt-out method.
It requires that commercial email be identified as an advertisement and include the sender's valid physical postal address.
Penalties
Each violation of the above provisions is subject to fines of up to $11,000. Deceptive commercial email also is subject to laws banning false or misleading advertising. For a complete list of fines and rules, go to www.ftc.gov/spam/
How We Define Spam
We define spam as the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) or Unsolicited Facsimiles (Fax), which is email or facsimile sent to recipients as an advertisement or otherwise, without first obtaining prior confirmed consent to receive these communications from the sender.
